The preparation we must do in giving birth are set the time and prepare all the materials we need. Don’t

be given in all newborn baby are wipe the baby immediately after birth using a soft clean and dry cloth
and wrap the baby with another dry cloth to keep the baby warm. Early skin to skin contact and delayed
washing for at least 6 hours prevents hypothermia, infections and hypoglycemia and cover the head of
the baby using the bonnet. And do the proper cord clamping and cutting to prevent anemia and protect
again brain hemorrhage in premature newborn baby. Waiting for the cord pulsations to stop is necessary
for properly timed cord clamping between 1-3 minutes. Check the mother condition and clean the mother
until she is comfortable. Continuous the skin to skin contact of the mother and the newborn baby for early
breastfeeding protects the baby from the infections.
