hours – Officer Smith – A UH student reported her secured and unattended vehicle was
damaged by an unknown individual. The driver of the striking vehicle failed to leave the
necessary information as required by Texas State Law. The incident occurred between 1200
hours and 1600 hours, on 12/08/15. The case is Active Pending New Information.
