15-0646 – Improper Photography or Visual Recording – McElhinney Hall – 04/16/15 1456 –
Officer Sterling – A UH student reported that she believed that she was improperly
photographed or videotaped while in a stall of a women’s restroom. The incident occurred
between 1715 and 1720, on 04/16/15. The Case is Active Pending New Information.
15-0647 – Duty Upon Striking an Unattended Vehicle – Lot 16B – 04/16/15 1623 – Officer
Andino – A UH student’s unattended, parked vehicle was struck and damaged by another
vehicle. The operator of the striking vehicle failed to leave their contact information required
by law Texas State Law. The incident occurred between 0800 and 1600, on 04/16/15. The
