WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I WANT TO TRY OUT?
1. Pick up an information packet in the front office of your elementary
school.
2. BE SURE TO HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE.
 5th graders should bring their physical on the day of tryouts.
NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO TRYOUT WITH OUT ONE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Fill out the two sheets attached to the information packet and bring
them to the first day of clinics.
4. SHOW UP on 5/17, 5/18, 5/19
