My career began in data analysis and marketing research. Then I moved to application development starting
with Microsoft Access 1.0. For the last decade most of my work has involved data management and reporting
moving into SSRS and SSIS 7 or 8 years ago. My objective now is to permanently join a team in a large firm in
an interesting industry and evolve my primary focus deeper into analytics and business intelligence.
I bring a strong combination of education, skills, and experience. My Ph.D. is in business administration,
specializing in marketing research and microeconomics. I taught marketing, finance, math, and computer
science at U. Rochester, Washington U./St. Louis, UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, National University, and U.
Phoenix. Over the years I have had opportunities to work with major corporations such as Proctor & Gamble,
General Electric, Anheuser Busch, Ralston Purina, Saberliner Jets, Sony, and Caterpillar/Solar Turbines.
Pharmaceuticals include Nellcor Puritan Bennett, Alliance Pharmaceuticals, Strategyn, and Scripps Research
Institute.

Launched Fast!Rehab nationally, a vertical market solution for custom wheelchair retailers, eventually
selling the product to a competitor, National Seating in Tennessee, who took it off of the market
Created “Waypoint,” an n-tier office automation application developed in SQL Server, Visual Basic,
VBX’x, ASP, and Java Script. Waypoint is a custom CRM that tracks Assets, Contact, Events, &
Projects and their relationships; Notes, Files, Groups, and Contact Dates; 140 tables, several triggers,
900 stored procedures, 30 configuration tables, 6 audit tables, etc.
Latest work centers on business analysis, automation, and reporting using SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS
