Registering for the TRG/TECSCU Fall 2013 Joint Conference is as
easy as 1-2-3.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will be made if TRG’s Executive Office is notified in writing
(via Email) by September 10, 2013. After September 10, 2013,
50% of the registration fee will be charged for cancellations.
Cancellation requests by telephone will not be accepted.

These rates apply if reservation is made on or before Thursday,
September 12, 2013. (Note: The TECSCU/TRG group rate will be
honored two days after the meeting dates.) We highly recommend that

TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL
Taxicabs are available at the exits of each terminal. Travel distance is 4
miles and the approximate one-way fare is $18.00-$20.00. Also, the
Super Shuttle (Blue Van) departs every 15-20 minutes ($14.00 for the
first person and $10.00 for each additional person). Round-trip tickets
can be purchased in advance for $26.00 (must be prepaid). Look for the
