CÔNG TY DỊCH VỤ DẦU KHÍ TRUNG QUỐC
Là Công ty cung cấp dịch vụ dầu khí hàng đầu của Trung Quốc và cung cấp các dịch vụ khai thác ngoài khơi.
Dịch vụ của công ty bao gồm các lĩnh vực như: thăm dò, phát triển, sản xuất dầu khí ngoài khơi. Bốn lĩnh vực chính

The Cuu Long Joint Operating Company was established in September 1998 under the Petroleum Contract
signed by Petrovietnam, Petrovietnam PSC Supervising Company (now transferred to Petrovietnam Exploration
& Production - PVEP), ConocoPhillips, KNOC (Korea National Oil Corporation), SK Corporation and Geopetrol
to explore and exploit the oil and gas opportunities in the Block 15.1 offshore Viet Nam.
The participating interests of the contractor parties are: PVEP 50.0%, ConocoPhillips 23.25%, KNOC 14.25%,
SK Corporation 9.0% and Geopetrol 3.5%.
In the short period since commencement of activities, the Cuu Long Joint Operating Company has successfully
found significant oil discoveries in Block 15-1:
- August 2000: Oil Discovery in Su Tu Den (Black Lion) Field.
- October 2001: Oil Discovery in Su Tu Vang (Yellow Lion) Field.
- November 2003: Oil & Condensate & Gas Discovery in Su Tu Trang (White Lion) Field.
On October 29, 2003, the First Oil was produced from Su Tu Den and currently reached an average of 85,000
bopd and the production accumulated till the end of September 2004 is more than 24 millions of barrels of Oil.
The Cuu Long Joint Operating Company is also working to develop the Su Tu Vang Oil Field and the Su Tu
Trang Oil & Gas & Condensate Field.
A big volume of exploration works is conducting and planning in other areas of the Block 15.1, including 2D &
3D seismic acquisitions & processing and follow-up drilling works, to find out new hydrocarbon field in the Block
15.1.
Công ty liên doanh điều hành Cửu Long được thành lập theo Hợp đồng dầu khí ký giữa Tổng Công ty dầu khí
Việt nam, Công ty giám sát PSC (nay chuyển giao cho Công ty Thăm dò - Khai thác dầu khí - PVEP) và các
Công ty dầu khí nước ngoài gồm: ConocoPhilips, Tổng Công ty dầu khí Hàn Quốc (KNOC), Tập đoàn SK,
Geopetrol để thăm dò, thẩm lượng, phát triển và khai thác dầu khí tại Lô 15.1 thềm lục địa Việt Nam.
Cổ phần tham gia Hợp đồng là: PVEP 50,0%, ConocoPhilips 23,25%, KNOC 14,25%, SK 9,0%, Geopetrol
3,5%.
Chỉ trong một thời gian ngắn từ khi thành lập, Công ty liên doanh điều hành Cửu Long đã rất thành công trong
họat động tìm kiếm, thăm dò dầu khí:
- Tháng 8/2001: Phát hiện dầu tại mỏ Sư Tử Đen.
- Tháng 10/2001: Phát hiện dầu tại mỏ Sư Tử Vàng.
- Tháng 11/2003: Phát hiện dầu – khí -condensat tại mỏ Sư Tử Trắng.
Ngày 29/10/2003, dòng dầu đầu tiên đã được khai thác từ mỏ Sư Tử Đen và sản lượng tổng cộng tính đến hết
tháng 9 năm 2004 đã đạt trên 24 triệu thùng với công suất trung bình 85.000 thùng / ngày.
Song song với việc khai thác dầu tại mỏ Sư Tử Đen, Công ty lien doanh điều hành Cửu Long đang tiến hành
công tác phát triển mỏ dầu Sư Tử Vàng và mỏ dầu-khí-condensat Sư Tử Trắng.
Một khối lượng lớn công tác thăm dò đang và sẽ được tiến hành tại những khu vực khác trong Lô 15.1, gồm
thu nổ và xử lý số liệu địa chấn 2D và 3D và công tác khoan tiếp theo để có thêm những cấu tạo, những phát
hiện dầu khí mới tại Lô 15.1.

Gaylin manufactures stocks and supplies a wide range of products like wire ropes and fittings, cable-laid heavy

GAY LIN chuyên sản xuất các loại vật liệu và cung ứng các sản phẩm như dây chão và phụ tùng, các bộ dây cáp
treo các khối lượng lớn, vòng đệm, dây chão đặc biệt bằng polypropylene và nylon, dây neo tại khu vực nước sâu,
xích neo, mỏ neo điện, các bộ xích treo.... Công ty cũng chuyên về các thiết bị điều khiển dành cho tàu và các dàn
khoan.
GAY LIN cũng đã được cấp chứng chỉ ISO 9001, 2000 về đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng quốc tế. Với hơn
4000 tấn dây chão thép chất lượng tốt nhất dự trữ trong khu vực kho bãi rộng 245 nghìn fít vuông, công ty luôn

South China Marine Machinery Plant (hereinafter referred to “SCM”), affiliates to China State Shipbuilding
Corporation (CSSC), is one of the main marine deck machinery manufacturers specializing in deck machinery
in China.
SCM acquired the certificate of Conformity of Quality System Certification for GB/T9001 in 1996 and is the first
offshore crane manufacturer in China who obtained American Petroleum Institute (API) Spec. 2C&Spec.Q1
Certification (license No.2C-0048) in 1999.
SCM was established in 1968 and has specialized in designing and manufacturing marine deck machinery
