These four appendices analysed data submitted by schemes to the Registrar of Medical
Schemes as part of the annual Statutory Returns. Benefits and contributions by scheme are
published in the Registrar’s Annual Report. However the breakdown of benefit expenditure
by scheme and details at option level are not published in the Annual Report and thus these
four appendices have not been included on the CD-ROM for general distribution.
