The following are some of the perceived benefits of the proposed computerized
enrollment system (CES):
 Automatically advise subjects to be taken by students
 Prevent conflict in schedule of subjects and rooms
 Enable students to enroll either at the designated enrollment center within the
school or through the official website of the school.
 Ensure effective scheduling of hours according to the unit/s of the subjects in
the curriculum
 Implement consistent and accurate assessment of fees
 Up-to-date, efficient, and effective monitoring of student records, curricula,
schedule of subjects, student grades uploaded by teachers, schedule of fees,
and more.
 Immediately generate Transcript of Records, Enrollment Statistics, List of
Students, Grading Sheets, Rating Slip, and more.
The proposed computerized enrollment system (CES) for your institution is
