by the organisation. The Results criteria are concerned with what the

 Both ‘Enablers’ and ‘Results’ carry
maximum of 500 points each
 Most rigorous, transparent and
internationally benchmarked
assessment process.
How to Participate?
An Application Form in the
prescribed format is to be
forwarded to CII Institute of
Quality.
A Position Report explaining the
current status of Business
Excellence in the Organisation in
line with the 9 Criteria of the
Excellence Model to be prepared
and send to CII Institute of
Quality.
