Player Code of Conduct:
When Playing Football:
 Have fun!
 Be a good sports (win or lose), be honest, fair and always show good
sportsmanship to all coaches, players, officials and fans.
 Always play fairly—I won’t cheat, complain or waste time.
 Play by the rules, as directed by the referees
 Learn the value of commitment to the team.
 Put personal goals aside for the betterment of the team.
 Show courtesy and respect to teammates, opponents and coaches.
 Realize that athletic contests, including practice sessions are educational
experiences and opportunities.
 Players will not engage in unsportsmanlike conduct.
 Players will not engage in rude behavior or ever bully another player.
 Shake hands with the other referee at the end of the game
 Talk to someone I trust if I am unhappy about anything that happens at practice.

regardless of race, creed, color, nationality or gender.

I understand that if I do not follow the Code of Conduct any or all of the following actions may
be taken by my league:
1. I may be required to apologize to my team-mates or the other team or referee
2. Receive a formal warning from the coach or league
3. Be removed or required to sit out a game
4. Be asked to leave the league
