assisanated in Dallas Texas.
Many mourned for him, he was burried

This years championship game was won by the Chicago Bears by 14 to
10. Wide reciever Frank Gifford and offense Del Shofner worked as the
perfect team, while Gifford caught and passed as many as he could he
would help Shofner. Shofner, however, caught 64 passes for 1,181
yards and 9 touchdowns in this game. The team says the only thing
they want is to always be a team.
Being a Teen in’63
From mini skirts to high hair, being a teen in ’63 is great! Not only is the
fashion an important,but the music! The Beatles debut in the U.S. this
year, making being a teen( to be able to enjoy the music a bit more)
even groovier! The best part of being a teen now means a bit more
freedom,( I’m talking to you, girls). It’s time to put down those sewing
needles and put on a pair of your favorite belleflour jeans and start
marching! Us girls deserve right’s! Even if we’re teens! So let’s get
what’s ours, and do what we want! Young people rock!
Hippie Culture
The word “Hippie” comes from the word “Hipster”, which
means cool, calm and relaxed. Hippies believe in World Peace,
Love, and absolutely no war. In the beginning of ’63, the
Hippies became more pronounced, often in strikes, marches
and silent protests, going against the government, which they
believed was the cause of all evil. The Hippie’s fashion is usually
(more than likely), belle flour jeans with any flowing top, and
anything with a peace sign as a symbol of resistance. Well, I
don’t know about you, but that sounds real groovy!
T.V. Today
“Doctor Who”, staring Matt Smith has the entire world
captivated. This Sci-Fi smash hit, co-starring Karen Gillian, and
Arthur Darvill is romantic, action packed, and incredibly smart.
The series is about a time traveling humanoid (the doctor) that
explores the universe as a scientist using different bodies and
always has his same friends close. I’ve seen the show and I have
