When you round numbers, you are trying to figure out what number the number you are trying to round is closest
to (or what number it is around).
Review with your teacher the rules for rounding.
Circle the number in the given place value.
Underline the number to the right of the circled number.
If the underlined number is less than 5, keep the circled number the same and change all numbers after it to
0. If the underlined number is greater than 5, increase the circled number by 1 and change all numbers after
it to 0.
