Kuder® Navigator Training Overview · · The Kuder® Navigator is the comprehensive, developmentally-appropriate, internet-based system of the AR Works’ Arkansas College and Career Planning System for all Middle, Junior, and High School students. This system will help students to learn about themselves, build education plans, and explore options that will help them to graduate from high school, college or career ready. The Navigator also provides resources for parents and educators in order to support career guidance, track progress, and ease data-driven decision-making. · The Kuder® Navigator training session will involve a comprehensive overview of the system for grades 6-12, information on the new registration process and procedure, and provide information for the parent, teacher, and counselor on how to effectively use the four (4) separate site maps. Also included will be information on the new Kuder® Administrative Database and how to interpret “role-specific” access, new system reports, system customization, activation codes, and other resources. · This session will last about three hours in order to provide each participant with a hands-on experience. The facilitator will be Ruth E. Brown, AR Field Trainer, GCDF and member of the National Career Development Association: brownr@kuder.com 515.326.0678.
