Nominees for the Industry Engineer of the Year Award will be judged primarily on how
effectively they have demonstrated the criteria shown below. Please emphasize this
information in the nomination packet.
Industry Engineer of the Year Award Criteria:
1) Is a current member of AIAA.
2) Has contributed significantly to the application of engineering in industry.
3) Has shown leadership in advancing or improving the industrial process.
4) Has demonstrated use of engineering to minimize environmental impacts.
