 Domestic Maiden Mare - A negative uterine culture is required and must be taken within
30 days of the first cover but not later than 48 hours prior to the first cover.
 Domestic Barren or Not Bred Mare - A negative uterine culture is required and must be
taken within 30 days of the first cover but not later than 48 hours prior to the first cover.
 Returning Mare (2nd heat cycle) - No culture required.
 Returning Mare (3rd and all subsequent heat cycles) - A negative uterine culture is
required and must be taken within 30 days of the third cover but not later than 48 hours
prior to the third cover.
I hereby give permission to Colebrook Farms to tranquilize the above mare
if necessary for her to be safely bred.
