Author’s Last Name, First Name Middle Name or Initial (if given). Title. City of Publication, State

Example:

Book, 2-3 authors
1st Author’s Last Name, First Name, 2nd Author’s First Name Last Name and 3rd Author’s First
Name Last Name. Title. City of Publication, State Abbreviation: Publisher, Copyright Date.
Type of Media.
