Working in Purchase Electrical & Electronics commodity for Body Electronics team
Responsible for commercial settlement of Body Electrical parts in CV (Commercial vehicle)
& PV (Passenger Vehicle) parts like Power socket, Horn, Sensors like Fuel level sensor,
Vehicle speed sensor, Switches like Combi switches, Power window switches Etc.
Initiating bidding process and compiling response and making comparison for All SOR cases
and ECN (Engineering change notification cases)
Deep study of drawing for effective commercial negotiation not only technical aspects but also
for effective cost reduction ideas.
Close coordination with different agencies like ERC (Engineering research centre), AQ
(Advanced quality) for cost reduction ideas.
Try outs of newly develop part on manufacturing line.
Resourcing of components for getting annually commercial benefits.
Good knowledge of SAP, PLM software.
Making commercial approval for CV, PV Platforms.
Releasing part purchase order, SOB maintenance, Quota & Usage Probability Updating in
SAP.
