Photography Club
Applications will be accepted January 27th through 31st
only.
My child ______________ has my permission to attend
Photography club, on February 5th and will run thru April 9th.
The time will be from 2:15-3:30. I have arranged
transportation and understand that if my child is not picked
up on time he/she will be placed in the after school program
for a $12.00 drop in fee.
I have included the material fee of $20.00 for the program.
