2. I declare that I am currently enrolled as a Higher Degree Research student at ACU for the full
academic calendar year. Any variation in enrolment status (including leave of absence or
withdrawal) must be advised in writing to the Associate Dean, Research.
3. I understand and agree that, if awarded funding, it will be expended for the purpose stated
in the application to the Faculty of Health Sciences, ACU. If circumstances necessitate a
change of purpose from that originally requested, this variation will be submitted in writing
to the Associate Dean (Research), Chair, Faculty Research and Research Training Committee,
for consideration of approval.
4. I am aware that if the application is successful the funds must be claimed from the Office of
the ADR no later than 5 December 2014
