Our Standard Cleaning Checklist
Our professionals follow a standard checklist covering over 60 points to thoroughly clean
your home. Take a look at the partial checklist below. Add-on services are available for an
additional cost.
Bathroom
1. Dust and wipe all countertops and accessible surfaces
2. Wash and sanitize the shower, tub, toilet, and sink
3. Clean all door handles and wall switches
4. Wipe and clean mirrors and fixtures
5. Clean floors (vacuum rugs and mats if needed)
6. Clean the exterior of all cabinets and drawers
7. Dust bathroom baseboards
8. Hand and/or fold towels neatly
9. Dust reachable vents
10. Take out the trash and recyclables
Kitchen
1. Dust and wipe all countertops and accessible surfaces
2. Clean stove and oven exteriors
3. Clean refrigerator/freezer exteriors
4. Wipe all cabinet faces and exteriors of other appliances
5. Wipe and clean sink and faucet
6. Load up dishwasher with dirty dishes and/or handwash dishes if needed
7. Clean the interior and exterior of the microwave
8. Vacuum and mop all floors
9. Dust reachable vents
10. Take out the trash and recyclables
Bedroom, Living Room, Common Area
1. Make the bed and replace sheets if provided
2. Fold all clothes and neatly organize any clutter
3. Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces, including window sills and blinds
4. Dust and wipe all furniture surfaces
5. Clean all door handles and wall switches
6. Dust baseboards
7. Wipe and clean mirrors/glass fixtures
8. Vacuum and mop all floors including under furniture
9. Dust reachable vents
10. Take out the trash and recyclables
