Developing on-line tools to enhance the practical laboratory experience for
biochemistry laboratories.
Synopsis of the Project
This project will develop online tools to enhance the laboratory based face-to-face practical
teaching that is an integral part of our biochemistry and chemistry degrees. We plan to
develop a series of online pre-lab quizzes ad tutorials that will develop an understanding of
the theoretical aspects of laboratory work and facilitate the learning that is achieved
during the laboratory face-to-face sessions.
