














Organizing Basic induction Training program to newly joined workers,
staff and visitor.
Various Plant Safety Inspection carried out such as EOT Crane,
Generator, First aid box, , Ambulance, STP, Wet well, Diesel, Oil &
cylinder storage , Scaffoldings, Ladders, Gas detectors, Fire
extinguishers, Breathing apparatus along with concerned department
personnel.
Identifying Unsafe conditions / Actions during the site visit, Investigating
Accidents, Near Miss Incidents & Environmental incidents and advised to
concerned department for taking corrective / Preventive action.
Monitoring & Authorization of permit to work System like (Work at
Height, Hot work, LOTO, Caution tag, Scaffolding certificate, Crane
operation WP).
Surge vessel testing & Examination and inspection with third party
certified company with Govt. Approval.
