Dear Hall County High School Junior, Thank you for your interest in applying to Youth Leadership Tomorrow Class #18. The success of the program is due to the talent and diversity of high school juniors in Hall County (Central Catholic, Centura, Doniphan-Trumbull, GISH, Heartland Lutheran, Northwest and Wood River).
