 Submit the photocopy of your IGNOU Identity Card to the IGNOU







office of Muralidhar Girls’ College.
Come always with your IGNOU Identity Card and show at the College
gate.
Always check the IGNOU Notice Board (in 1st floor), and also the
College Website for regular updates.
Attend as many sessions as possible to avoid Term End
Examination(TEE) time difficulties.
75% attendance is must for Practical based programme.
Prepare your lessons from the IGNOU study materials in home and
interact with respective Academic Counsellors during the Counselling
Session.
No classroom lecture will be delivered.
Note Audio (GYANVANI) broadcasting and
Video(GYANDARSHAN) telecasting times from the Centre Notice
Board.
IGNOU Assignment Submission Rules
 The students are hereby asked to submit the assignment




only during IGNOU Office Timing(3pm to 4:30pm). date
of submission: 31st March for June TEE and 30th
September for December TEE. (Submit assignment to
Study Centre Ten days before the last date)
Late submission will not be accepted on any account.
After evaluation, they can get them back from the Study
Centre. Study Centre does not take any responsibility
thereafter.
Clarification regarding marks, remarks in the assignment
will be dealt only on Sundays(10am to 12noon).
Students should do the assignment work from home, not
during the practical / theory sessions.
IGNOU Assignment Submission Rules
 Assignments must be hand written only; no typed







assignments will be accepted.
Handwriting should be written neatly and readable.
Paper Size should be same.
Use any one black or blue ink pen. Do not use 'RED' ink pen.
The assignments are to be submitted Course wise attached in a Card
Board File or Channel File. (Tie up each Assignment on top left
corner)
Print-out of the downloaded (from www.ignou.ac.in ->
students’ zone -> assignmets) assignment question paper
must be attached with each aasignment.
Students must make an Acknowledgement Receipt and get it
stamped from the Study Centre, at the time of submission.
Students are advised to get their assignments photocopied
before submission.
Do not send the assignment through e-mail.
The Assignment must have the following details:
1) Name, Address and Contact number of the Student
2) Enrollment number
3) Programme Title
4) Course Tile & Course Code
5) Assignment Code Number
6)Date of submission
7) Signature
Attach "Acknowledgment Receipt Copy" along with the assignments.
Get back acknowledgement / receipt while submitting your
assignments.
Attach Photocopy of the Question Paper along with the assignment.
The Coordinator / Study Centre has the right to reject the assignments
received after the due date. Therefore, the students are advised to
submit the assignments before the due date.
"Use of UNFAIR means / COPYING Assignments" are NOT Allowed.
If the above instructions are not followed your assignments will be
rejected and you will be entitled to get zero marks.
RULES FOR SUBMISSION OF TERM END EXAMINATION FORM
 Please ensure that you have already submitted the assignments as
applicable for the courses you are filling in the Examination Form.
Otherwise, Hall Tickets will NOT be issued for the courses for
which assignments have not been submitted by you.
 You are required to pay examination fee@ Rs. 60/-per course for
theory as well as practical, by a single Demand Draft. Dates for
submission of examination forms start from 1st March to 31st
March for June TEE and 1st September to 30th September for
December TEE, without late fee . Late fee will be charged as per
IGNOU rules thereafter.
 Results of Term-end examinations are available on University
website. www.ignou.ac.in Please see result status before filling
examination form.
 Mention clearly the Programme code, Course codes and
Examination Centre Code in the Examination Form. If the centre
opted by the student is not activated as examination centre or not
allotted for any other reason, alternative examination centre will
be allotted.
 University issues hall- ticket to the students two weeks
before commencement of Term-end Examination and also
uploads the information on the University website. If you
do not receive hall ticket one week before commencement
of examination, please download the hall ticket from the
website and report to the Examination Centre with your
Identity Card issued by the University.
 You will be allowed to appear in Term-end Examination for
the programme in which required number of assignment as applicable for the
course(s) have been submitted.
 Registration for the course(s) is valid and not time-barred.
 PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION AND EXAM
ELIGIBILITY (VALIDITY AS GIVEN IN THE
PROSPETUS/PROGRAMME GUIDE) OF THE OPTED
COURSE(S) BEFORE FILLING UP THE EXAM FORM
 Get yourself Re-Registered in Indira Gandhi National
Open University (IGNOU) for next year.
 You can submit your 2nd year or 3rd year ReRegistration Form along with required fee (through
Bank Demand Draft in favour of IGNOU, payable at
KOLKATA) to the Muralidhar Girls’ College, IGNOU
office between 3pm to 4:30pm (Monday to Saturday),
10am to 12noon (Sunday).
