Recruitment questions
Ask questions that lead to:
How did you feel about it?
What impact did it have on you?
What did you learn from it?
Did that upset you?
How proud were you of the outcome?
Value-based Interviews
Activity:
Design 3 - 5 value based interview questions
for a care support worker.
Example: “Tell me about a time when you were
sensitive or compassionate in an emotional or
tense situation.”
