CHRISTIAN MESSAGE:
D: As prophet Jesus proclaimed the

M: Christ commissioned His disciples to carry on His works, to proclaim the
Kingdom of God and we are also called to respond in His call (CFC 741)
W: Jesus taught His disciples how to pray and sent His H.S. to empower them to worship in Spirit and truth CFC

Jesus? Why did the people of His time not recognize His kingship?

Jesus used the power the Father has given Him by giving life and building up God’s Kingdom here on earth.

• We share in this kingly mission of Jesus by living a life of loving service.
• All loving service becomes an act of genuine worship of the

His actions. His whole life was an offering to God. His death is the perfect sacrifice and His resurrection brings salvation to us all.

PCP II calls us to build the

PCP II gives three dimensions of how we live this communal sharing in
Christ’s priesthood:
1. as a consecration - our commitment to God in everything we do
2.
as mediating God’s plan - our work to transform the world
3. as sacrifice of life together with Christ
- our task to celebrate in the
Eucharist
How are we going to participate in the threefold mission of Jesus as members of the Church?
