I think MBTI provides a useful model that can help me better understand my personality traits,
strengths and weaknesses, as well as how I interact with others. As an INFP type person, I tend to
gain energy during solitude, enjoy deep thinking and exploring the inner world, while valuing
interpersonal relationships and having a strong sense of empathy.
I believe that as this type of personality, there are several advantages and resources that support
my personal development. Firstly, it is creative thinking and imagination. As a person dominated
by intuition and feelings, I possess creative thinking and rich imagination, which enables me to
perform excellently in fields such as art, literature, and design. Secondly, there is independence
and self motivation. I tend to think and act independently, and have a strong internal motivation
to pursue my goals. This ability helps me achieve my aspirations in my career. In addition, I also
attach great importance to interpersonal relationships and possess strong interpersonal skills.
This enables me to establish deep and long-term connections with others, and to play a good
collaborative role in the team.
By understanding MBTI, I can better understand the needs and ideas of myself and others,
thereby facilitating better communication and collaboration. For example, when I collaborate
with others, I can better understand their thinking and behavioral patterns, thereby better
adapting to their needs and promoting our cooperative relationship. I think the first step to
achieving this goal is to have a deep understanding of one's personality traits, strengths, and
weaknesses. This can be achieved by reading relevant psychology books and websites, attending
MBTI related lectures, or seeking the help of a psychologist. In addition, I also plan to share my
MBTI types with others and observe the characteristics of different MBTI populations as much as
possible, in order to try to understand others' personalities and better interact and cooperate
with them.
