Academic Coordinator - Job responsibilities

Support teachers in implementing school-wide behavior
management policies.
Organize and coordinate school events, such as parentteacher conferences, open houses, and special programs.
Work with teachers to plan and execute academic and
extracurricular activities, ensuring smooth operation and
student engagement.
Manage logistics for events, including scheduling, resource
allocation, and communication.
Collaborate with teachers to develop and review
instructional materials, resources, and teaching aids.
Ensure that teachers have access to the necessary tools
and resources to effectively deliver the curriculum.
Stay updated on educational trends and incorporate new
methods, technologies, and resources into the curriculum.
Address student academic and behavioral concerns,
working with teachers, parents, and counselors to develop
action plans.
Support the implementation of special education
programs, ensuring that students with diverse needs
receive appropriate accommodations and support.
Foster a positive school culture that promotes student
well-being and academic success.
Maintain accurate records of student performance, teacher
evaluations, and curriculum outcomes.
Prepare and submit reports to school leadership, detailing
academic progress, curriculum effectiveness, and areas
for improvement.
Analyze data to inform decision-making and strategic
planning within the school.
Ensure that school policies and procedures are
consistently followed by teachers and staff.
Assist in the development and implementation of new
school policies related to academics and student conduct.
