1. ADMIN OFFICERx 01
Job Title: Admin Officer
Report: To the Human Resource Officer
Duty Location: Mopani Copper Mine Kitwe and Mufulira
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Officer to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth
operation of our office.
Duties:
 Administration: Provide administrative support to the security team, including
preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
 Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files,
incident reports, and security logs.
 Communication: Coordinate communication between security personnel, management,
and clients, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
 Scheduling: Assist with scheduling security personnel, including rostering, leave
management, and overtime coordination.
 Procurement: Assist with procurement of security equipment, uniforms, and other
supplies.
 Budgeting: Assist with budgeting and cost control for security operations.
 Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
related to security and mining.
 Client Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with clients, including responding to
queries and resolving issues.
 Incident Management: Assist with incident management, including reporting,
investigation, and follow-up.
 Training and Development: Assist with training and development of security personnel,
including coordinating training programs and maintaining training records.
 Security Clearances: Assist with processing security clearances for personnel and
contractors.
 Access Control: Manage access control, including issuing access cards and monitoring
access to restricted areas.
 Emergency Response: Assist with emergency response planning and coordination.
 Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to the Human Resource Officert and clients,
including incident reports, security breach reports, and performance reports.
 General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, including filing,
photocopying, and mail distribution.
Qualifications:
 Advanced certificate or diploma in Business Administration or HR
 A Degree an added advantage
 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
 Excellent communication and organizational skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
2. OPERATIONS MANAGERx01
Job Title: Operations Manager
Reporting: To the North Regional Manager
Duty Location: Mopani Copper Mine Kitwe and Mufulira
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to lead our team in the mining
industry but under a Security Firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing
and managing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
DUTIES:
 Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve
production targets and meet business objectives.
 Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of operations staff, including miners,
engineers, and maintenance personnel.
 Mining Operations: Oversee and coordinate mining activities, including drilling,
blasting, and haulage.
 Safety and Health: Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, and
implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
 Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet targets and
optimize resource allocation.
 Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage operational budgets and control costs to ensure
efficient use of resources.
 Maintenance and Repair: Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment and
infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
 Quality Control: Ensure quality of products and services meet industry standards.
 Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure continuity of
operations.
 Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders, including employees, contractors,
and regulatory authorities.
 Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry
standards.
 Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement
changes to optimize operations.
 Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and report on operational performance to senior
management and stakeholders.
 Capital Projects: Manage capital projects, including planning, execution, and
commissioning.
 Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement and logistics to ensure timely
delivery of materials and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Advanced diploma or degree in management programs (A Masters degree is an
added advantage)
 Silicosis Certificate
 5-7 years of experience in the mining industry
 Proven experience in operations management
 Excellent leadership and communication skills
3. HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER x1
Reporting: To the North Assistant Human Resource Manager
Duty Location: Ndola
The duties of an HR Officer typically include:
1. Recruitment and Hiring: Managing the recruitment process, including job postings,
interviews, and onboarding new employees.
2. Employee Relations: Handling employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
3. Benefits Administration: Overseeing employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement
plans, and leave policies.
4. Compensation and Payroll: Managing salary administration, bonuses, and payroll
processing.
5. Training and Development: Coordinating training programs, workshops, and employee
development initiatives.
6. Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance evaluation systems
and processes.
7. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
8. Employee Engagement: Fostering a positive work environment, conducting employee
surveys, and promoting company culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
