in British Columbia's MSP are invoiced a monthly health fee. The fee is payable for any period that you hold a valid
study permit. Please contact Health Insurance BC (HIBC) if you obtain Permanent Resident or Canadian citizen
status, or if your address changes.

Choose the payee name your financial institution uses for Revenue Services of BC. Ask your
financial institution for details.
Billing & Payment Services
Pay online at gov.bc.ca/RSBC You can make a one-time payment, set up an automated recurring
payment or pay by credit card.
Self-Service by Phone
Call Revenue Services of BC at 1-877-383-0016 and select Make a Payment to pay with a credit
card.
Service BC Centres
Visit your local Service BC Centre to make a payment in person.
