SOLUTION FROM LEVEL 2 P.A.D. HR SUPPORT
If the user could not access to the transaction. Because this is oversized and when you try to execute it
bring it the Time out message directly.
1) You should go to SE38 transaction
2) Select the program RH_DELETE_OM_USER_SETTINGS and execute it (or press F8)
3) Then select the SAP user that you want to be released the memory and execute it (F8)
