Global diversity brings an endless challenge on our quest to make humanity think as one mind. Unprecedented efforts in understanding the whole concept of social differences continue to be developed. Through education, we are molded and designed to face these obstacles. Focusing on the reality about the international relationship, will we be able to create a specific and concrete educational system that will represent a firm global education? There are many principles to consider in becoming globally competent. Many institutions create curriculum which they believe is more effective. Despite the fact that all of us have one aim to work hand in hand, it is indubitable that we have different views on how we develop ourselves. Intercultural respect is what guides us to dig deeper to our humanity, and do things with positive effect to the global economy. The International Baccalaureate curriculum is one of the products of concerned human minds targeting a purpose of connecting people for a global development. This program has been implemented in many countries, but we cannot argue the fact that for others, this system is vulnerable from some negative characteristics. This is just one of the challenges caused by the natural force of human diversity. We may experience conflicts from having different views about things, but that is not a reason to lose faith on our mission to have a harmonious life as one people. The world has developed greatly over the years through cooperating to achieve boost in the economy. We should not stop discovering and polishing programs to guide the future generation. We may not be able to create a perfect educational system, but global education simply means believing in the potential of every individual.
