Collaboration: Evolve by working together, supporting one another, and having fun. Responsibility: Provide services in the best way possible through exceptional accountability and stewardship practices. Innovation: Lead with creativity and agility when exploring new and responsive ways to grow and change. Conclusion From the research carried out on CTN, it appears that an integrative team and family members create a childcare plan depending on the unique needs of each child, which goes to show the level of care and effort CTN puts in. But there was no evidence to show that the psychosocial QoL of children who got CTN integrated care was significantly better than that of children who got regular care.
