What is Communication?
 Communication is a transmission through data source
to a receiver delivering data.
 Simply transfer information from one place, person or
group to another.
 Every communication there are at least one sender,
message and receiver.
 Communication has happened in many different ways
from past.
 Today the communication is much more advanced.

There are two categories in Communication
1. Verbal Communication
2. Non – Verbal Communication
Verbal Communication
 To share information with others we use Verbal
Communication.
 It can be spoken and written communication.
 Examples :1. Debates.
2. Talking through phone or face to face.
3. Interviews.

Non – Verbal Communication
 Nonverbal communication is the process of sending
and receiving messages without using words either
spoken or written.
 Examples :1. Eye Contact
2. Touch
