The book StrengthsFinder offers a great deal of insight into your personal talents and skills. If you
haven’t already taken the assessment, buy a new copy of StrengthsFinder 2.0, and use the code in
the back to take the strengths assessment online. Write your top five strengths in the left-hand
column, and then read about each of your strengths. In the second column, describe your strength in
your own words. If it’s helpful, give your strength a new name that is relevant to you.
