Home keys hand over agreement
This agreement is made the day and the year of 1st of Feb,
2022 in between the said vendor Kong Mee Ching (f) and
purchaser Chong Wee Fong (m).
Firstly, the vendor and the purchaser here to acknowledge
and agree that in between of term and condition of the said
property double storey intermediate Terrace House
executed on plot no. 25 (survey lot no. 5796) phase 1,
measuring 83 square metre, part of parent Lot 4295 and
4198 both of Block 225, Kuching City Mall. The vendor had
been handed the said property home keys to purchaser on
1st of Feb, 2022 before the settlement of Law and
Regulation stated at sale and purchase agreement had been
signed and stamped.
Secondly, the purchaser here to acknowledge that after
receiving the home keys all the responsibility will be on
purchaser if any incidents such as home in fire, break-in,
natural disaster, etc occur.
Thirdly, the purchaser here to acknowledge that after
receiving the said property home keys, all the part of the
said property renovation will be on the purchaser.
Lastly, the vendor here to acknowledge that after handing
over the keys to the purchaser, the vendor will no longer be
liable for all the new add-in furniture and other stuff
brought in by purchaser.
