1. Heating chamber
(1) Type: 1800℃ high temperature industrial chamber furnace.
- Max. operating temperature: 1800℃
(2) Dimension: Usable chamber size: 400(H)x400(W)x400(D) mm, 64 Liter volume.
(3) Furnace design & product quality control by the following certificate.
- ISO9001
- Machinery Directive(2006/42/EG)
- The EMC Directive 2014/30/EU
- The Low Voltage Directive 2014/30/EU
(4) Temperature uniformity dimensions:
- 315(H)x340(W)x340(D) mm
- Distance from hearth: 38mm
- Distance from door: 80mm
- Central loading
- Temperature uniformity @ 1600℃in air ±7.5℃
(5) Electrical operated Up & Down door system.
(6) Advanced refractory interior, used in combination with energy efficient loss thermal mass fiber
board insulation.
(7) Roof insulation boards to prevent crack
- The roof is cut into pieces to help avoid cracks.
- In addition to that the roof has some internal SiC rods which the roof and give it more stability.
(8) Heating elements: Kanthal Super 1900℃ High quality molybdenum tungsten disilicide: 8EA
- “U” heating elements suspended vertically from roof.
- Left = 3EA, Right = 3EA, Back = 2EA the chamber radiating heat.

2. Control system
(1) Temperature control: Eurotherm EPC3016P1 Programmer.
- 1 Program 24 segments (12 ramps and 12 dwell times)

(2) Digital over-temperature protection controller.
(3) Thermocouple from the back side into the chamber at top of hight: ( + ) =Pt70%Rh30%// ( - )
=Pt94%Rh6%, 1820℃, 2EA (1EA - main controller, 1EA – OTC).
(4) Thyristor unit: Eurotherm microprocessor controlled phase angle fired 3 phase thyristor unit.
(5) 3phase isolating transformer: using high grade OFHC.
- Oxygen-Free High-Conductivity Copper a pure grade of copper wires.
- for full protection against over-voltage and current.
(6) Main contractor, EMC Filter, Fuse.
(7) Power supply: 380V, 3Phase, Neutral, Earth, 60Hz, 26Kw.
3. Frame/Parts
(1) Steel work: Double skin case zinc coated steel sheet with a tough epoxy powder paint, cool outer
cabinet.

IⅤ. (Remarks)
1. It should be delivered within 8 months after receipt of the order.
2. The installation and operation should be carried out by the bidder/supplier’s responsibility at end
user’s site.
3. Warranty Period
- When defective parts are founded during the installation of the order, it should be preplaced
immediately with new one.
4. 2 copies of operation & maintenance manuals should be supplied.
5. Include certificate of furnace design & product quality control.
