I, hereby, promise to abide by all the rules and regulations, concerning discipline, attendance, etc. of
Aligarh Muslim University and AMURoboclub. I shall be solely responsible if I violate any rule
and shall be liable for punishment.
I will not participate in any activity which has a tendency to disturb the peace and tranquility of the
work environment.
I understand that 75% attendance in the team meetings is compulsory and I commit myself to adhere
to the same.
I shall try to be present on all the days assigned for non-technical activities and for management and
maintenance of the club like arranging classes and workshops, cleaning of the club, event planning,
and organization, etc. with at least 70% attendance.
I, hereby declare that I shall be solely responsible for my involvement in any kind of undesirable/in
disciplinary activities outside AMURoboclub, and shall be liable for punishment. I further
understand that AMURoboclub shall in no way provide any support to me and will not be held
responsible for any such action with my participation.
AMURoboclub does not support any kind of political views of any person or community. So, my
political views will be restricted only to the outside of AMURoboclub and will not hinder the
peaceful and proper functioning of AMURoboclub.
I further declare that my recruitment shall be canceled, at any stage, if I am found ineligible by the
Faculty In-Charge and Faculty Advisors of AMURoboclub.
If I am found unable to complete my project, then I shall not be eligible for any certificate and so
will not mention my project in my CV or anywhere else for any personal benefit or for any other
reason.
If any damage is caused to any equipment, project, or related items then I will be bound to submit a
fine amount imposed by the Faculty In-Charge, Faculty Advisors, or Co-Ordinators.
In case of any violation of any discrepancy, the decisions made by Faculty In-Charge and Faculty
Advisors of AMURoboclub are final and irrevocable and I will always abide by their decisions.
