RESPECT
The three things I want to practice within 30 days are
giving myself enough time, eating on the right time, and
going to bed early because having respect to yourself is
giving you a healthy life and mind so that you will learn
how to respect others. If you have a respect, then you
will receive respect.
GRIT
The three things I want to practice within 30 days are
courage because having this characteristic will help us to
exploring and learning new things where we are not
afraid to fail. Second is long-term goals and endurance
this characteristic taught us on how we make a decision
or way to pursuing are dreams step by step no matter
how hard it takes. Yes! We fail but we learn and with that
we are no longer afraid to face such a problem. The last
one characteristic I choose is excellence vs. perception
because we embracing failure and vulnerability and also
we are looking forward to new for us to take advantage
for the things we want. Sometimes we became selfish for
us to be more high than others but not all of us because
some of us want to protect ourselves to other who are
taking advantage of our weaknesses.
MOTIVATION
The three things I want to practice within 30 days are
always celebrate small wins, no matter how small they
are because appreciating little things is also giving you a
motivation for you to be more productive. Second is
track your progress, and review every milestone because
it will help us to see where we started before where we
can go back to our achievement in the past to the
present. The last is stop punishing yourself for slip-ups
and small failures because sometimes when we fail on
something, We are not looking forward because of that
we didn’t grow. We always focus on the wrong things we
have done instead of making it as our strength on
achieving our dreams.
PERSONAL HYGIENE
The three things I want to practice within 30 days are
changing clothes when I get home because sometimes I
directly go to bed and sleep that’s why I can’t take a half
bath. Second is washing my face every morning and
night. Why ? Because when I feel lazy I can’t do it
everyday. The last one is always putting perfume on
clothes because doing this is make you more attractive
and presentable to other.
