Mr. Keith: I am disagreeing because pag pumasok sa isang business kasi, your goal is to succeed.
Pero may failure talaga of the business and from that failure you will learn from it and especially
now we’re facing the pandemic. As a business owner, this is the only source of my income and
entrepreneurship give up on their businesses, for me is not passionate enough to be a successful
entrepreneur.

Individual Reflection Paper/Personal Plan
While doing this activity, we encountered a lot of struggles. At first, we had a
hard time looking for members and we actually lack members but despite those we still managed
to finish it on time. As we interviewed him, I have realized that being an entrepreneur is
something you should passionately do because there will be a lot of challenges that would occur
just like this pandemic we’re currently going through right now and these affects the business
but still they still managed to continue no matter how hard it is to earn. I realized that as a
business man, your goal isn’t only to earn but to do it according to your passion. While doing
this activity as a group, I really had a hard yet great time doing this with them. I think being a
leader should know how to communicate well and must know how to get other people’s
attention.
-JAVIER, SHAIRA B.
Throughout this activity, we have a hard time looking for our respondent, I also struggled to find
a time where both I and my group mates are available to work together at once. At first, it was a
struggle, but when we finish our interview via google meet, the flow of doing our activity becomes
easier. While doing the interview, Richmond was the one who asks the interviewee all of the
questions, I and the other member were just there if ever the interviewee have questions for us

and if his answer is not clear, we are there to ask a follow-up question. However, everything was
fine during the interview. So all we did was listen and learn, I have realized that it takes a passion
to be a good entrepreneur. All in all, l have a great time doing this activity by learning new
knowledge from my group and the interviewee.
-OLLERES, CATHLY JOY B.
I believe that learning through other people's experiences is just as important as
learning them first handedly. Being an entrepreneur is not just about building a brand from the
bottom up, but it is being able to handle and manage the adversities that come with it. As we
all know, the past year has taken a toll on the business industry and the people had to make
adjustments and adapt to the situation. From my first impression of how he had responded, I
could tell that he is a leader who is persistent and handles his business well and makes practical
decisions for his company and his team. Though we've experienced some minor setbacks with
the progress of our output, I still find it quite exciting with how much we've learned and what
we've yet to learn.
-BADELLES, HILARY
As a student-athlete, scheduling our group work is challenging since I must also consider
the time of my groupmates. Indeed, at the time of our interview with Sir Malabanan, my calendar
was overloaded with arbitration for the National Paralympic Games-Chess, and fortunately, it was
successful. Additionally, what I realized from interviewing Sir is that when you enter a business,
you are truly driven to succeed, whatever the outcome. As with his firm, he did not halt operations
in the event of a pandemic; he continued, and the enterprise is now thriving. My experience with
my groupmates was that it was initially tough due to everyone's schedules, but after we settled on
a single plan, we began making rapid progress.
-TATAD, JANE
As a student, I have discovered that becoming a successful entrepreneur requires a strong
sense of purpose. And through conducting this type of interview, I understood that it was

satisfying to watch individuals succeed in life, even though it was difficult at first to climb from
the bottom, but once you did, it was wonderful to see them reach their goals.
