Dear Land Owner
I am currently looking for land to buy in order to build my own house for my family. I
apologise for my direct approach to you, however I am hoping that I may be able to find
some suitable land and this is proving quite hard to come by! I have therefore taken it upon
myself to write to various land owners in the hope that someone would consider selling
their land for this purpose.
I am hoping to build a family home (either a 3 or 4 bedroom property) that would be
appropriate in design to the surrounding area. Ideally, a cottage style home which would be
environmentally friendly and energy efficient. I would be looking for around one third of an
acre of land.
If you have any land which may be suitable for this purpose, or that you may consider
selling, please could you contact me to discuss in further detail.
