Future Team Meeting Agenda: * All areas below will be elaborated on during the first meeting
for a team consensus.

Meeting Times and duration – suggested to be weekday evening so everyone can attend
· Create Team Charter – I can provide a template on our first meeting. Scope was defined
by professor defined - Initiative focused on improving enterprise coding and documentation to
address Gaps in documenting Hierarchal Condition Categories (HCC)s to improve the Risk
Adjustment Factor (RAF), as well as improving the quality metrics
· Define Accountability – Communicate timely, have assigned role duties completed before
weekly meeting.
· Integration Findings – Research Data for various project objectives add to timeline to track
phases until completion

What PM tracking tool to be used – Smartsheet is suggested
·
What work must be accomplished – Create Smart Goals and Clear Goals
·
What deliverables must be generated and reviewed
·
How to control and approve each phase
Team Roles Potential Roles: * All roles will rotate weekly and will be defined as well as
decided by group.
· Project Manager – to own updating tracking tool and ensure we meet our projected
timelines
