Student Submitted to: Engr. HATAIE O. ADJOK Professor 1 INTRODUCTION On-the-Job Training is a process of teaching the students wherein they are trained or prepared to a certain job or career. I t is useful and simple to learn the jobs that can be learned by watching and doing. Under it, the trainer need not explain and analyze the job detail, as trainees can learn it by observing and doing it in the actual work station. The trainees are assigned in different department or areas of private companies or in the government wherein they are assigned or perform their work to prepare and exposed themselves to a chosen career.
