3. States involved (where did the crime take place/where was the lawsuit filed)
4. Charges against the defendant as well as their plea
5. Was there little or overwhelming amount of evidence against the defendant?
6. Verdict reached
7. Where there any appeals made to higher courts? If so were any rejected? Provide
explanation
Provide your opinion of the court’s ruling. Do you agree or disagree and why? Was justice
