the department as well as Project Management Office (PMO) must also be obtained. After Departmental approval,
submit form to the Senior Contracts Manager or the Senior Business Management Manager and they will obtain
approval from the Project Manager. All professional membership/registration dues, training courses, and related fees
must be approved by the Project Manager PRIOR to payment being made if you are requesting reimbursement by the
company.

1.3.2.3 The contractor shall develop a training program addressing both Government training and
contractor-provided training to ensure contractor personnel are trained and required skills are
maintained to accomplish the requirements of this effort.
1.7.3 The contractor shall fully support the long term goals for environmental sustainment of the
installation and ISO 14001 compliance. Compliance includes developing and defining work center
processes for reduction in the creation of wastes and the collection, segregation and transfer of
materials identified as recyclable.
1.7.6 The contractor shall establish and maintain a comprehensive environmental training
program. Maintain training and/or certification records as required.
