 When the novel ends, the reader is left with many questions about what happens
next. Here is your opportunity to develop a continuation to the story.
Directions- Work with at least 1 other person to create a script continuing The Great Gilly
Hopkins. Be sure to meet or exceed the requirements below. Your group will perform in
class towards the end of the week. You will be scored on content (accuracy of information)
and performance (public speaking skills & preparation).
REQUIREMENT

conversation referencing events that have already taken place
Script should demonstrate the creation of at least 2 new
events within the characters’ lives.
