EXTERNAL INFLUENCES ON HR OBJECTIVES
For each of the external influences on HR Objectives below you need to find for me a specific example of a
business which experienced that change and then outline how this might have influenced their HR
objectives.
MY EXAMPLE: As a result of the increased demand in the market for electric cars driven by both consumer
interest and government drives towards banning internal combustion engines many traditional car
manufacturers are having to make changes to the composition of their staff. They will need to recruit
increasing numbers of Research and Development staff to develop the new engines as they may not
already have this experience “in house”.
