Words are power. Written, spoken, or sung; words communicate feelings and can begin to build
trust. Poets, songwriters, authors know to choose their words wisely, b/c each word represents
an expression that can convey empathy, feelings, and tell a compelling story. We can use our
words to comfort a loved one or encourage someone to stretch beyond their imagination. We
can use our words to lift up.
Words are powerful, sometimes we don’t realize just how much until we find ourselves speaking
words out of frustration on a day that was just too much. Words are powerful.
