1. Describe the Main Sections of Code of Professional Conduct for engineers that mention
by the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM).

3. An engineer with an X telecommunications agency is in charge of assessing and
recommending the project to be implemented throughout Malaysia. Other than
economic implication, describe the aspect that needs to be considered by the engineer
to perform his duty ethically and within the framework Code of Conduct of Engineer.
